Don't trust this Transportation company they are scam I was book my ride around trip for private vehicle and I arrange pick up time when we land we wait 1hr no one show up i called Dispatch he told me 10 minutes after 10 minutes no one showed up same thing on return. And they changed me full price. I connect to the number they block my number is called different phone number then answer and told me we can't refund your payment and hang up on me. Please don't trust them i don't want to anymore scams.

This would have been a 5 star review based on the arrival trip but departure experience was terrible. On arrival our flight was delayed and when we called they told us they track the flights and will be at the airport when our flight lands- and they were…. Great. However the night before our departure our flight was canceled, I called as soon as I found out to try to select a different time and cancel our early morning drive. I was told no changes within 24 hours- I explained we didn’t need a ride in the morning and our flight was canceled and asked for a ride later in the day. Was told nope and they were a bit rude on the phone. Then a second person called me back to basically say the same thing. In the morning I started getting messages from the driver who wanted to confirm our trip. I told them I had canceled the ride the night before with two different people and again asked for a later time. Was told no at first and then offered a ride for almost what I had paid to begin with. Rude and not accommodating in communications. I understand they needed more notice but this was a paid service and they made zero effort to accommodate us- even though on the flight in they said they follow the flight schedule. I also had paid for a “business sedan” and was picked up in a taxi van not a big deal but it was an up charge for the business sedan.

Very good and easy transportation System for the Island. You go on the street. You wait a couple of Minutes. Not more than 20. You asking the driver, where the Bus is driving. When you want to get off, you scream: Bus stop please. Driver Stops the Bus. You Pay 2,5 Dollar. Thats it. There no timetables. Bus is driving until 17:30 every day. For vacation perfect and cheaper than the Taxi. The driver are very friendly. Its a typical Nassau Thing!
