Nassco thanks to Javon you get full marks. Outstanding customer service made me come right in and buy the part I needed but was putting off. Fantastic service I definitely recommend.

Quoted me one price for windshield and then suddenly it was over $1000 more.
Edit: They have honored the price. They need to make sure they get their quotes right and explain them in detail to the client before hand so there won’t be any mix ups. I had a few other issues but my car is now completed and I’m happy with the results. The staff handled the situation with professionalism.

Absolutely poor service.
I called to ask about parts for a vehicle and was put on hold for 30 mins only for the call to be routed to an employee's voicemail. Furthermore, the mailbox was full and could not accept anymore messages and then the call was abruptly cut off. Absolutely poor Nassco. Do better!

We always take our car to Nassco for its yearly service . The staff are very friendly, courteous and professional, if there is anything wrong with the car they always call to discuss what needs doing before they carry out the necessary work. A shuttle service is also provided. We are very happy with the service provided

First time visit and experience with the service centre. Check in process was simple and I was kept informed by the representative step by step to the end of my vehicle service appointment. In the end my vehicle felt and looked as if it went to the spa and got some TLC.
