In my opinion one of, if not the best shipping company in cayman. Very organised and easy to use system. Their portal makes it very easy to track packages and its frequently updated ive shipped quite a few packages already and never had a bad experience. Their customer service reps are helpful and guide you though what ever challeges you may face. The shipping costs are competitive and shipping time is usually around 2 weeks. Overall a great experience.

UPDATE – revised to 3 stars:
I was contacted on Saturday, 7 Feb 2026 by National Logistics after my review and emails. They explained the delay was due to customs not accepting the invoice, despite their attempts to resolve it. The issue was corrected, and I received confirmation on Sunday, 8 Feb that customs had accepted the invoice. On Monday morning, I was called, paid, and collected my items without issue.
I appreciate the follow-up, apology, and discount for the inconvenience. I just wish this had been communicated clearly when I first followed up two weeks earlier.

Very slow processing and poor communication
I ordered items from Amazon on 22 Dec 2025 and 5 Jan 2026. All arrived at National Logistics’ Miami warehouse on 7 Jan 2026 and were confirmed on island by 16 Jan 2026.
Despite this, my items remained “processing” for weeks. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered. I was told a rush order would be applied, twice, but nothing changed. An “invoice issue” was raised on 28 Jan 2026, even though the invoice had been submitted over a month earlier.
As of 7 Feb 2026, my items have been on island for over three weeks and are still not ready for collection. Communication is extremely poor and delays are unacceptable.

I’ve used several freight forwarders in the Cayman Islands over the years, but none have come close to the experience I had with National Logistics.
