I was recommended to visit this place by a local for my stomach. Upon entering, I sanitized my hands and was asked to show my face to the camera (sounds strict but honestly not a problem or bother to me - just wanted others visiting to be aware). The nice personnel at the counter immediately asked if I needed help searching for anything and she was so helpful the entire time. She scanned the items to provide the price for me and checking out was a breeze. Store is very clean and organized. If you're looking for supplements or essential oils, this is a nice spot!

Despite the helpfulness of staff, there's a condescending under tone from some (seasoned) staff members when trying to get information about the benefits of products. This is especially true if you have what they might consider too many questions or differing opinions.

It’s been almost nine hours since my order was ‘on its way’... I looked and only one of the products I ordered is coming. This online thing doesn’t seem to be working out for them. No call, email or anything since 1:20. I tried calling but I have to check tomorrow because it closed almost 3 hours ago. Sigh
