I entered Dome Mall Nature’s Discount after calling 1st inquiring about 2 products. I was acknowledged by Sonia who was working on her own at that time. She asked if she could assist and she DID. I asked about specific items and she showed me the items, while also showing me choices. She also explained why a certain product I inquired about was no longer carried. I asked for an alternative and she didn’t hesitate. Her product knowledge was appreciated and so was her personable approach and attitude.

This is my 2nd time giving kudos to Lasonya, Dome Mall location. I would like to commend your staff member for delivering exceptional personalized service. She demonstrated excellent active listening skills by remembering a previous conversation regarding my packaging preference for a particular item without being reminded. This level of attentiveness reflects her efficiency, professionalism, and genuine commitment to valuing the customer experience. Employees who consistently provide this type of thoughtful service make a lasting positive impression, and I sincerely hope management recognizes and appreciates and rewards her outstanding efforts.

I am always treated to the best service with Lasonya! She sources what I need if not in store and follows up to see how I am getting on with a new product 💜🌸. She is always professional and. Knowledgeable about products and uses too.

I had a pleasant experience all in all. My disappointment came however after I completed my purchase and was unable to enter your competition because your cash machine was not issuing receipts. I could actually do with a spa day but unfortunately I don't have stand chance of winning one.
