This is a review primarily of Nerv’s Island House, an apartment in a Multi-family house run by the same company that I stayed at during my St. Lucia trip. My actual score is a 4.5/5 (9/10) Overall, it’s a great option in the south of the island and by far the number one thing I loved about this property was how close it was to UVF Airport. It’s also within walking distance of Coconut Bay Beach Resort, Sandy Beach in Vieux Fort, and the restaurants along the beach. The property itself is nice — it’s basically a large multi-family house complex with several apartments on the upper floors and a few on the bottom floor in the back. The apartment I stayed in was great: spacious, and it had pretty much everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property is run by the same people who operate Nerv’s Island Taxi Service, which also offers tours. The price for my stay was budget-friendly compared to many of the higher-end properties and resorts in the area. I also used the taxi services provided and I wanna say thank you to all the drivers that took me wherever I needed to go on the island throughout my trip especially Albert, he was my driver for my taxi trips to and from the northern parts of the island which were long drives. There’s not really anything I truly disliked about the property, but there are a couple of important things to note before booking: • While it’s within walking distance of nearby restaurants and attractions like Sandy Beach, the walk takes about 15–20 minutes. The street in front of the house also isn’t very well lit at night. • Nerv’s House offers a variety of tours themselves, such as sunset cruises and land & sea catamaran cruises. However, if you plan to do tours in the middle or northern parts of the island (such as the Friday Night Street Party in Gros Islet, which I attended), you’ll either have to drive yourself (a 1.5- to 2-hour drive as I mentioned above) or hire one of Nerv’s taxis for the round trip, which can get expensive. As for the room itself, the only minor issue I had was spotting a large roach in the bathroom. I took care of it quickly, though. But like I said, overall it was a great stay and a big thank you to all the staff for the wonderful hospitality.

Richie drove me & my 82/85 yo parents on an Island Tour & he was amazing! He treated my parents like they were his own. He was very kind & patient & made us feel comfortable. He was a wonderful historian - showed us different vegetation - took amazing pictures & was fun to be around! When we come back we will absolutely request Richie to do our tours & we definitely want to see more of the island. Thank you for being amazing, Richie! You made our tour even more special. We appreciate you.

Our recent private tour of Saint Lucia was an unforgettable experience, made exceptional by our outstanding driver and tour guide, Cornelius. His knowledge of the island and genuine interest in our lives made the journey both educational and personal. He patiently answered our numerous questions, ensuring we felt comfortable and engaged throughout the day. Starting from Coconut Bay Resort, we travelled to Castries and then meandered down the picturesque coast, passing through a couple of villages. Along the way, we stopped for photo opportunities and to savour local delicacies like pomme d’amour (love apples) and freshly baked cassava bread from Plas Kassav. The buffet lunch was good, featuring delicious food accompanied by unbeatable views of the island. Cornelius then took us to a beach, one of his personal favorites, where we enjoyed a swim and a cold beer. The tranquility of the setting provided a glimpse into local life in Saint Lucia. Our adventure continued into Soufrière, where we visited a waterfall, explored the active section of the volcano, and wandered through the botanical gardens. Throughout these excursions, we learned so much about the island’s diverse fruits, plants, and history. Cornelius’s warmth, expertise, and genuine kindness made this tour the highlight of our trip. He took so many brilliant photos and videos for us. We are grateful for the unforgettable memories. Thank you so much! For those interested in exploring Saint Lucia in a comfy car, with a knowledgeable and personable guide, we highly recommend the full day private island tour.

Jonard was an absolute gent, delivered us to our destination in style, educated us on the local history, an absolute pleasure. If you need to get to the interior, I couldn’t recommend this service more. Friendly, accommodating and all around knowledgeable about the area. Great experience all around.

Best tourism company on the island!! Hands down!! We stayed in their Airbnb during our whole vacation. They were super knowledgeable when it came to making the most out of our time! We’re a family of five with kids aged 16, 14, and 11. They knew where all the popular places were and where all the hidden gems were. The drivers and staff were OUTSTANDING!!! You get a free history and nature lesson with every trip lol! We were constantly learning something new. All the day trips they took us on lasted the perfect amount of time. We were never too exhausted. We’d get home, shower, and either cook or go out for dinner. They’re amazing! They take the thinking and planning off your plate so you can just relax and enjoy the island. Can’t recommend them enough!! Thank you Angel, Nerville, and team! Can’t wait to visit again!
