Delicious food in a special setting with historical connections to sugar trade. Sophia's cooking is sensational and well worth sampling as a priority when visiting Nevis.

The food was incredible!!! Sophie is an excellent cook. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the ribs are amazing. Don’t miss out on the conch fritters ❤️

Fabulous food in from Sophie at Nevis Heritage Village. From a tiny little cabin she creates excellent local dishes both super tasty and attractive. We ate delicious mutton curry. There is large seating area. You can also wander amongst the recreated houses of the past. Great food, definitely worth a visit... or two!

The fifth stop on my Nevis Mango Festival food tour was this unassuming cafe hidden away down a narrow side road bordered on both sides by ruins.
The tiny cafe offers outdoor dining sheltered by a large tree.
They had crafted a few special Mango drinks for the festival and a signature mango conch chowder which i sampled.
The chowder was the perfect balance of flavors, the mango didn't overpower it but actually complimented the conch taste.
A sentiment which was shared by the special guest Chef who was also dining when i arrived.
