I finally had the opportunity to visit Oasis Ital Nursery and met Kelly a few days ago.
It was an absolute pleasure and delight of such a wonderful experience. Although full service wasn’t in operation at the restaurant on that day, I was still able to enjoy the sacred creation. This place is indeed a beautiful gem. Observing from the roadside alone does not really reveal the entire natural beauty it offers. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the intentional artistry. I appreciate the seating options for eating. In addition to the breathtaking view, I was greeted with such warmth from Kelly’s customers. I felt so cared for and appreciated.
Kelly, you are amazing and truly a breath of fresh air. You are very talented and there’s no doubt in my mind that you are living your purpose. Having read the reviews from previous guests or customers, I know they had an excellent experience as well.

Dropped in at this place, on a Sunday, after a visit to Andromeda Gardens. Lovely ambience. Reggae music playing and lots of little places to sit in the gardens with statues and zen decorations. There wasn't a menu, we just ate what we were given which was mushroom pasta, black bean and quinoa, veg stew with butternut squash, potatoes, patron peppers, green beans, and other veg in coconut, salad, and topped off with a spelt fritter, all served in a calabash shell. Drinks were homemade smoothies, blueberry & strawberry and one called the green goddess. Everything was extremely tasty and very filling.
It looked like the take out trade was good with people dropping in.
Only one guy running the show who was super friendly and chill. Doing the whole thing, cooking, drinks, garden. Very inspiring.

Oasis Ital is vital. I’m not even vegan but this my favorite meal/experience since moving to barbados. This is a special place built on good energy and daily specials for anyone. Typa place u come for the food and stay for the vibes.

Drove out here to pick up some Ital snacks and juice, the brother that was serving was very very ire, welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this place,the garden is really pretty and tranquil. I believe it's fully vegan not vegetarian. But I will check next time I go and up date this review.

Looking around on google maps for restaurants in St Philip and this one came up. Informative and super kind chap (to my shame, I didn't ask his name) told us all about his nursery and ital food. A lovely garden with little hideaway spots with small tables, was just gorgeous. If I lived here, I would have bought some plants too, the garden was stunning showcasing the plants for sale.
Back to the food and drink, in a word, fabulous. He was making a maca drink sweetened with dates, so if you're trying to cut down on refined sugar, I'd highly recommend the homemade drinks, was so delicious I bought two! The signature spelt fitters were to die for, must return to get more. The dandelion and avocado salad was yummy as was the rest of my plate, which I think consisted of breadfruit and other vegetables which escape me, but my goodness did it have flavour! Best food by far in Bim, highly recommended, call first before going though. A stunning treat!
