The brisket was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Great sides and sauces too. Special thanks to Hilary for her friendly and attentive service. She made the experience even better. Highly recommend! 🍖😊

I had a nice breakfast experience at Olas & Copas after searching for a spot at Mambo Beach around 7 AM. I finally settled on the Huevos Rancheros Divorciados, which were delicious and reasonably priced. The service was friendly, and I enjoyed the company of a few curious birds eyeing my meal! It was a bit strange that they offer bakery items only if ordered the day before, but overall, it was a solid choice.

We go here every time we visit and it is always exceptional. The food is delicious and the service is so good. Diego is hands down the most customer service oriented and friendly restaurant owner and his staff are great. We’d like to also shout out Henry for always providing us with wonderful service and putting up with our crazy antics and laughter. 10/10 recommend!

Had a great experience at Olas & Copas! The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. The location and view make it an even better place to enjoy a meal or spend time with friends and family. Definitely one of my favorite spots, and I look forward to coming back soon!

would give this restaurant a rating exceeding 5 stars if it were possible. To begin with, the atmosphere is delightful, featuring an on-site garden that supplies the restaurant with fresh herbs.
The owner and staff are particularly noteworthy, as they create a welcoming environment that makes the customer feel at home. Henry, our waiter, was remarkably patient and accommodating, addressing any questions and requests we had. He was an absolute pleasure. Friendly and very sweet.
The owner also took the time to verify that our experience was above satisfactory.
The food was exceptional, with the seafood risotto being an amazing dish. The fish was soo fresh. It was, without a doubt, the finest meal I have had since arriving on the island.
The restaurant's non-touristy ambiance is also noteworthy, as it allows patrons to enjoy genuine, fresh cuisine.
