Crystal is incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and passionate about what she does, taking the time to understand your individual needs and ensuring you feel comfortable and confident throughout your treatment. Dr. Crystal is the BEST! She’s done wonders with my skin since I started coming to the clinic. Everyone at the clinic is so warm and welcoming and I really couldn’t recommend her enough. The Hydrafacial is incredible 👌🏼

A truly great Hydra- facial with Dr Crystal on Friday, probably the best I’ve had. My skin looks and feels wonderful after an hour of Dr Crystal’s expertise. The clinic is lovely too, very friendly and relaxing. Highly recommended if you want to have a facial that really makes a big difference to your skin.

Treatment: Under Eye and Chin Filler - As an extremely risk-averse mom, it took me years to get to the point where I felt I needed something more than topical creams and serums to refresh my face. I’ve heard all the horror stories, and honestly… I just wasn’t convinced it was for me. But Dr. Crystal Haynes changed all that. From the moment I walked into One Wellness, I felt at ease. The consultation wasn’t rushed, and I felt zero pressure to do beyond what I wanted. She answered all my questions with patience and clarity which made all the difference for a first timer like me. Crystal is passionate and more importantly precise at what she does. She really studied my face before beginning, and provided subtle and natural results leaving me looking refreshed and well-rested. Very little pain during the procedure. She gave me a stress squeeze ball but I didn’t need it. As I think I built this experience up to be way more intimidating than it actually was. There was minimal swelling and no bruising (but tbh I’m writing this 9 hours after my procedure lol) She shaved at least 8 years off my face in one visit. If you’re like me - cautious, skeptical, and taking your time, just know there are places like One Wellness and Dr. Haynes that prioritise safety, professionalism, and natural beauty above all else. Safe to say… I wish I hadn’t waited so long

Everything at ONE Wellness is absolutely fantastic, from entering the building and the warm welcome you receive to the exceptional attention to your every concerns- skin, health, wellness and aesthetics. I never go anywhere else on the island and infact I wait until I arrive to see Crystal and the team for my treatments. 10/0
