When I say, “EXCEPTIONAL”! Our daughter was taken care of by Mrs. Sandra, for a first time relaxer. From beginning to end, patience, and skill. I knew she was in good hands from the way she conversed with her, and the care she gave. So thank you Mrs. Sandra, I truly appreciate you. We will be back next time we’re on the island. Also have to mention the entire Salon was “GOOD VIBES”, keep it up ladies, and gentleman.

Did not like that I had an appointment and had to wait very long before being attend to. With the virus going on appointment should be kept.

Started to go to Ryan over 20 years ago to get my hair cut and the service has not changed. Top quality haircuts, excellent service and friendly interactions; you get that all at Options. The location has since changed to Carlisle House (on the other side of the bridge) but the service remains the same top quality.

Was great yesterday. It's normally a busy barbershop/salon and walking in can mean a 3hr or more wait, but appointments are now mandatory due to the coronavirus in an effort to avoid having so many people inside the place. So I had all of the good without the bad. Same good conversation, professionalism and great haircut.

Love it... my daughter got her first hair cut and Ryan was awesome and understanding (even to me a crazy mother🙈🙈). My daughter was so impressed I don't think she will ever grown her hair again😂😂😂😂
