The one-month program combined with lymphatic drainage sessions with Victoire exceeded my expectations.
It's so much more than just weight loss. It helped me relearn how to eat properly, mindfully, and without overeating, so I could lose weight, yes, but more importantly, maintain it long-term, without frustration or stress.
All this with kindness, availability, and a great sense of humor!
I recommend it 100%.
Thank you, Victoire!

Hello,
On November 22, 2025, I started a 4-week program to lose weight, improve my well-being, and reduce lower back pain. Goals achieved! 💪 My target weight was 80 kg 🙏, I have much less lower back and sciatic pain, less stress, improved my diet, and regained my motivation to exercise (walking, swimming).
I highly recommend Ostara by Victoire to everyone. She's always available to help, advise, and encourage you; she's fantastic!!
My next goal is in January: to continue with Victoire, of course.

Don't hesitate any longer! Victoire provided me with excellent support, listening attentively and adapting her approach to my specific needs. She's a great listener and explains things clearly, helping you understand how your body functions in relation to your lifestyle. In addition to this support, I also had the lymphatic drainage and body contouring massages, and what more can I say? 😍 It's honestly a 10/10 for everyone.
