What an awesome experience! We took the swim ride, which was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable hands matched us with our horses and were conversational and helpful the entire ride.

Excellent riding experience and staff. Beautiful horses. Must do for people who love horses. We had a 2 hour swim ride. Couldn't have been more perfect.

I recently had an amazing experience with Pampered Ponies in the Cayman Islands. From the start, the service was phenomenal. Jay, who picked us up from our hotel, was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. You can see how much he LOVES what he does—at one point, he was recording us with my Insta360, not realizing it was recording him too, and he casually said, “Yeah, we get to do this every day.” His passion for his work really shines through. He even arranged for fresh coconuts for my boyfriend to try coconut water for the first time, and they didn’t even charge extra for it—it was such a thoughtful gesture.
The horses were well taken care of and super friendly. The instructors were knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way, especially when we went into the water. They even accommodated my boyfriend, who is 6’4” and 220 pounds, so don’t worry about the weight limit—just make sure you mention it so they can accommodate you.
The beach ride in the afternoon was $150, and the entire experience was just incredible. Overall, a 10 out of 10 service—thoughtful, grand, and definitely worth it. Just remember to book a few days in advance!

Awesome team and service. best on the island. shuttle pick up, efficient service, friendly team and horses! 5 star service from ranaldo, george, bingy, jaya, lorraine. they all deserve raises!

My husband and I had never ridden a horse, but it didnt matter. These horses were so well trained we picked it up immediately. The guides were awesome and kept things running smoothly. Probably my favorite part of this vacation and coolest experience of my life to swim with the horses. 10/10 recommend!!
