We stayed here in July 2016 and were the only ones in the hotel. We were very well looked after and had great meals cooked for us each day. The pool in operation was was very enjoyable too. If I go back to Haiti I would definitely stay here again. I felt safe the entire time. Unfortunately the place isn’t in the best condition and one of the pools was empty. There were also a lot of mosquitoes.

I was the very first guest at the newly renovated hostel part. The hotel is located at the centre of the city. Their services, meals, facilities, and hospitality were spectacular! The owner Philip was taking a great care of my during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to whoever visit Port au Prince!

The Hosts of Park Hotel are very warm and friendly people who always concerned about the comfort of their guests. Their also have a nice and welcoming staff.

Very basic hotel with old furnishing. Family run, the family and the staff are friendly and helpful but they don't much about transporation except for taxis. A/C IS ON From 4pm to 7am only. No Wi-Fi in the rooms but only in the lobby which has no A/C and the bugs will come looking for you. Good value for money if you can put up with the bugs.

I have had a few issues there. On reflection, it wS just lost in translation. Overall I am very happy with the staff, accommodation and most importantly, the location. It is very convenient for everything, busses to other destinations, petionville, food at la plaza. Definitely stay there!!!
