Our stay at Patsy's Seaside Villa was exceptional! We stayed in the Limin two-bedroom apartment, which was spotless, spacious, fully equipped, and had an incredible view of St. Martin. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to the beautiful ocean view. From the moment we contacted Lisa to inquire about accommodation, she was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She even gave us a generous discount on our apartment and checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. Her hospitality made us feel like family. The villa is conveniently located next to the Blowing Point Ferry Terminal, and their partnership with GB Ferries made traveling between St. Martin and Anguilla effortless. They also offer rental vehicles, and guests receive a 10% discount when booking accommodation, a rental vehicle, and traveling with GB Ferries—a fantastic value! If you're looking for a clean, safe, comfortable place with amazing views and outstanding customer service, Patsy's Seaside Villa is the perfect choice. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

This is a hidden gem on Anguilla. Lovely large units overlooking their white sandy beach and St.Martin. We rented a 2 bedroom unit with a well stocked kitchen, dinning area/living room. A lovely patio where you can listen to the calm waves lapping the shore with a table for 4 and a chaise. No this is not The Four Seasons ,but the cost of this lovely Villa for a week would be equal to one night at one of the 5 star hotels . The owners are lovely Islanders who are on property and bend over backwards to make you happy and feel very welcome. I will be definitely returning next season.

Felt right at home here. Patsy is a wonderful host and the location is convenient right next to the ferry terminal. Everything is very clean and has a charm to it, plus it’s affordable especially for a beachfront location. Daily cleaning too. I like the ground floor walkout to the beach units best although the top floor units do have a bird’s eye view. The Tranquility unit has an amazing main bedroom with a lovely window view greeting you. You can see both sunrise and sunset from Patsy’s and it’s so nice to walk the beach to see it. Also fun to watch the ferries go back and forth. The location is in the middle south area of the island so convenient to any beach really, with Shoal East the longest drive for a full day beach trip. Beach chairs are available for you to take to the beach, and amenities provided in the bath and kitchen. AC is in the bedrooms but they cool the rest of the unit too. Our favourite villas were the Bird of Paradise or Tranquility units. Oasis has the most updated kitchen, also with a king bed but in the back. The front bedroom is gorgeous but a double bed for the lucky guest. Be sure to book direct for the trio package for a discount - villa, car and ferry.

Patsy and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms and bedsheets are cleaned / washed regularly. The rooms are quiet, well-equipped with all the kitchen appliances one needs and the beds are comfortable. The houses are right on the beach near Blowing Point Ferry Terminal, which is quite convenient if you don't want to drive across the island to go to better looking beaches.
