I have used Pickaservice as my freight forwarder since November 2025, sending 48 packages across seven shipments. From placing an order to actually having it in my hands on the island takes five weeks. Their own timings add up to about three. The fastest it has ever been was 24 days. The slowest was 46. Every stage is slow. A parcel confirmed delivered to their Florida warehouse sits nine to twelve days before it appears on their system, and nothing can ship until it does. Two of mine never appeared at all. Expected arrival dates then pass: 27 April became 5 May, 29 June became 13 July, 20 July became 28 July. Once Customs has cleared the goods, it takes up to four more days just to issue the invoice I have to pay before anything is delivered. Customs have had real problems this year and I do not blame those on Pickaservice. But their own paperwork shows when clearance finished, and the waiting carries on well past that point. Nothing moves unless I chase. Replies take about two days, six of my messages have never been answered at all, and delivery is offered late in the afternoon for the following day. In nine months they have never raised a problem before I found it. In June they lost two packages confirmed delivered to their warehouse, and told me to claim from Amazon. I reordered and waited so everything could ship together, which is the point of a consolidator. They sent 12 of my 15 packages and left the replacements behind. In fairness, they waived the extra fees when I challenged that invoice, my invoices are accurate, and staff are polite once you reach one. I am still waiting on a parcel delivered 23 July that they promised in writing to add to my shipment.

The best company I’ve used to ship my online packages with TO DATE!! Fast and efficient, amazing customer service, free delivery, responds to emails/whatsapp messages in a timely manner, absolutely love their user-friendly portal and most importantly the peace of mind that you get with them.
