I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape.
The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities.
The shuttle service was a great option to take advantage of, making getting around much easier. The swimming pool was lovely and very well maintained, and the complimentary pool toys were such a thoughtful touch.
The restaurant/bar is convenient, and you can pre-order or enquire in advance about opening times, which was helpful for planning. My room was adequate, clean, and felt safe, there was night security present and staff on site, which gave extra peace of mind.
Communication via WhatsApp was really helpful and made everything smooth from booking to check-in. All the staff were professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout my stay.
I would definitely consider another stay in the future.

We came to Dominica for a 3 days trip, located in Pointe Michel (20min drive to Roseau from the resort) this place was just amazing to stay. The employees are just amazing, especially Joel who made our weekend, something just special.
The resort is very remote, not the easiest road to reach it but You get used to it (I'd recommend to rent a 4 wheel car), and once this part done, it's very refreshing, quiet, the view is breath taking.
There's a chef with a bar restaurant on site by the pool, and for those who are like Me, there's enough trees to make someone happy such as Mango trees, Soursop, coconuts, etc...

Pinards was a wonderful base camp for our excursions around the island! The sunsets were incredible, the pool a great amenity, and the staff were friendly! It's definitely an SUV situation to drive up to the resort. Worth the ride and close to so many of the major sites!

Myself and some freinds (14 in total) spent the day at the resort. The pool was amazingly warm and refreshing. The bar was missing the local rums but we got looked after.
The food was amazing, here's to the chef Lizzie, who had a beautiful smile for us all and was very very attentive to us

We had a very pleasant stay; the staff were attentive and helpful, with a special mention for Delphina at the bar/restaurant, who runs the place perfectly. The rooms are clean and functional, and the king size mattress was very comfortable. The pool area is quiet and relaxing.
