I know nothing about plumping and I was confused about what I was supposed to get. The staff were patient, pleasant, professional. Nakita took her time explaining what I should get and showed me several options.
This is the epitome of excellent customer service. Definitely my go to plumbing store from now on.

One of the best stores ever, it is efficient, elegant, huge, great customer service, and the store has 2 big vertical screens in the store to also browse for items. I purchased a sink this week from them and the service was quick and excellent.

Jamar at Platinum Imports is so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his help locating the fan we were buying. He walked me through the purchasing and gave a tour of the show room which showcases the wide range of kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings. The company also has outdoor lighting and decorative rocks. Would highly recommend Jamar and Platinum Imports.
