As an emerging business owner working on fixer upper projects, Platinum Imports Haggatt Hall has been our go to for lighting, faucets and more - and for good reason. The customer service is outstanding! Sales rep Levi knows the products (high quality) and goes above and beyond, even coordinating with the other branch to get items transferred quickly. The manager Shaira clearly leads with great morale, the cashiers Sabrina and Keva are always friendly and the back of store team is swift and helpful. A well-run team that makes every visit, smooth and professional. Can't wait for more projects. Highly recommended!

It's not often that I am so impressed by service that an entire week later, im still talking about it and ended up here to state my satisfaction, in hopes that the right person(s) sees this to reward the individual. My mum and I with my little cousin visited the Haggatt Hall location on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 not fully decided on what nor all that we required but having some ideas on the finished product lol bajans. It was on visiting we were welcomed by Mr. Levi Ruck who not only was extremely professional but accommodating to all of our queries and offering great suggestions. However, after spending some time we had to leave to go to another engagement promising to return before closing time of 4:30pm. This was more difficult as 4:25 found us in extreme traffic and I made a call and was connected to Mr. Ruck himself, telling him I know its soon closing but we were trying to get back even if just to pay for the stuff and collect the following day. With no sign of frustration nor anything, he was even more assuring that it's no problem and that he will be there whenever we return to assist us. Made it back almost 5 to 10 mins after closing and there he was to the rescue. He assisted with our order and made sure everything was correct for what we told him our vision was earlier, answered more queries where needed more assurance and we paid for everything we wanted and more. Best part is, he told us he is going to get everything ready and packed them up (even putting them in boxes and all) and think he stopped there? No! He helped us take everything to our vehicle and loaded up and gave pleasantries on meeting and us coming to the location. This is the excellence of service and employees that so many businesses fail to have which is a true representation of the company and their value of customers. This made us loyal customers for our future projects in mind and its all because of Mr. Levi Ruck, in whom I hope this reviews reaches and that he is truly rewarded for his stellar and rare service. Not enough stars as 5 isn't sufficient. A truly satisfied and returning customer

Big Shout out To Levi, he is a tremendous sale rep.From the 1st interaction he was spot on, since then he makes shopping at platinum imports comfortable and easy His recommendation or always spot on as well ... kudos Levi 🤝🏽✌🏾Keep that Standard of customer service always,your professionalism is needed in the industry. For that 5 stars from me.

The staff, essentially Ms. Shaira Griffith are very friendly and helpful. Makes shopping there a pleasure.
