I placed an order the night before for delivery. Early this morning it said shopping in progress, estimated arrival between 10:00a.m and 11:00 a.m. so I did some cleaning snd then dressed to prepare to meet the delivery person. I noticed it kept saying shopping in progress, but never saw any changes. Then it said estimated arrival 10:15 a.m. Next time I looked, it was nowhere to be found. According to the app, it was canceled at 9:45 a.m. can you imagine my disappointment? Now, I have nothing to feed my grandchildren or myself. No explanation, nothing. When travelling, every plan is important. 2 toddlers, a diabetic, and a post surgery patient. You should be more considerate, if theres a problem with the order, call or text the person and let them know there is a problem. Now I need to figure another way to get food and feed my family. And, they erased all trace of my oder. Now I have to start all over, somewhere else.

It's a big store with multiple departments. There can find supermarket, home appliances store, furniture, toy store, etc. Have a lot of stuff. Plaza Lama is very famous on the country to make shopping.

This was the Duarte location. Being in the poorer part of the town, the store is kept accordingly. The store's appearance needs upgrading, lower selection the escalators are never working, and the store is often a little less organized than other locations. For a better shopping experience, I suggest going to the 27th de Febrero location.

I was scammed by the cashier in the supermarket. Please check your receipt. They have been doing it for a while,and I always raised suspension, so today I said, "Let me see. And I was right. I bought a few items that were no more than $600 pesos. But she added an additional $750. I was really upset, and the supervisor came and immediately reprimanded the staff. Guys, just be careful and always check your bills

Amazing store! Very organized, with a wide variety of quality products and fair prices. The staff is helpful, patient, and always willing to assist. I had a great shopping experience and highly recommend this place. Respect
