A must stop on the island. Atmosphere is like none other on the island. Food is amazing. Prawns, with Whahoo and spiked lobster is truly amazing. The butter sauce is perfect as is the other daily main dishes. Many to chose from but can go wrong with any of them. John and his mate are very friendly. His cooking style will make you want to come back. Ice cream is very good as its homemade. A must visit in the day and once again in the evening. The decor is truly fun and complements the food and beverages. A MUST STOP! Payment EC only.

This is a fantastic, super cute place hidden in the corner of the beach with a couple of decks overlooking the ocean and a wonderfully kitschy Caribbean atmosphere. It's run by Cherille, a lovely lady who made us feel so welcome (Montserratians as a rule are kind and friendly). There's no menu, Sharon will tell you what she's prepared for the day and although we were there way past lunchtime we still had seafood, salad, and burger options. And the beers are served extra cold! If you're with a larger group, or just wait to be sure Sharon has opened the restaurant that day, she asks that you message her on WhatsApp.

What started as a cordial welcome soon changed once the meal was served. A piece of brillo wire that was lodged in a piece of chicken finger that was served over salad and was brought to the attention of the server, who in turn took the object, still partially embedded in the chicken, to the owner, who came back with a message from the owner and basically said, "things happen." Although, offering another dish, the appetite was gone, not only with the total lack of caring less by the owner, but also the fear of eating there. Needless to say, I will not be inclined to visit this "establishment" again. Separately, the bathroom sink was not working (a broken faucet), and when I brought that to the attention of the server, she directed me to the bar adjacent, who's bathroom sink faucet was also broken. I love this little island... And she deserves a lot better.
