Walked from Caboose. Grabbed lovely pastries for next days breakfast. The woman behind the counter was kind and patient to explain what each item was.

I didn't stay in spieghtstown this year but we still drove in several times for the pineapple horseshoes and coconut pastry. So tasty. I even brought some back to England!!!

The perfect spot to pick up a slice of Barbados heaven! Excellent range of pastries and much more, so reasonably priced that it's a challenge to limit yourself as the smells are glorious the moment you enter. We tried the raisin and coconut slices, both so moreish and saved a large rock cake style one for later. You can see why this has lasted so long, we first tried these over 10 years ago and they taste just as good, superb.

Excellent bakery. The pastries and the cakes we tried were great. Loved the pineapple pastry and the rainbow cake. Would definitely recommend paying it a visit, very reasonably priced as well.

Arguably the best bakery in Barbados, located in the north of the island PRC has the reputation for providing the best baked goods and treats on island!! BAJANS abroad return home just to get their fix from PRC. WALK with cash and stop in to find your favorite bread treat!
