Arguably the best bakery in Barbados, located in the north of the island PRC has the reputation for providing the best baked goods and treats on island!! BAJANS abroad return home just to get their fix from PRC. WALK with cash and stop in to find your favorite bread treat!

Excellent bakery. The pastries and the cakes we tried were great. Loved the pineapple pastry and the rainbow cake. Would definitely recommend paying it a visit, very reasonably priced as well.

Really liked this bakery - pastries were big, prices were very reasonable, and everything was delicious and fresh. 6 BBD total for a walnut brownie and a jam slice. At 10am on Thursday there were plenty of options - lots of cake slices, pastries, also not pictured were a hot case of savory pastry, a big rack of bread type items, and a cold drinks fridge. This is located just a short walk from the Speightstown bus depot and across from the esplanade. Lots of seating in esplanade to eat your baked goods.

This bakery was just amazing! Everything was fresh from the oven. The roulé de viande was clutch just before our boat party. The pastries and sweet coconut bread was melting on our mouths 🤤! I'll go back, back and back again!!!!

Coconut slices are delicious!!! Purity needs to close for good because this bakery has the Bajan sweets perfectly made.
