Our Father’s Day celebration at Primo Restaurant was ultimately a fantastic experience, but what truly set it apart was how the team handled a rocky start.
Early on, we encountered an issue that could have easily ruined the day. It was a potentially explosive situation, and I was honestly on the verge of leaving. However, the host, Halle, was absolute perfection under pressure. Despite the tension, she remained incredibly calm, poised, and professional as she actively worked with her supervisor to remedy the situation.
Management was highly responsive, and they resolved the matter quickly and amicably. Their quick action speaks volumes about Primo’s dedication to top-tier customer service. I would rate their recovery efforts a solid 9 out of 10.
Once we were settled, everything was flawless. The food was excellent, and our waitress, Anna Marie, was superb. She was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and made sure my family and I felt well taken care of for the rest of the evening.
An experience that started with a hiccup completely exceeded our expectations in the end. My family and I will definitely return, and we will be highly recommending Primo to everyone!

What a fantastic evening for our adult family of 6. The setting is spectacular and we were so well looked after by all the staff at Primo but by Kai in particular. She was so friendly, efficient and made our evening.
The food was delicious especially the starters and very generous too. We especially enjoyed the Pork bites and the soft shell tacos. Our main courses were good too, the Scallops Risotto was perfect as was the Beef short Ribs but I have to say we all enjoyed our selections. I recommend thoroughly and we will be back for our last night

Amazing restaurant with stunning views. We were sat right near the water and it was very relaxing.
Prices aren’t so bad for the food you get. Very fresh and unusual dishes.

I had a fabulous experience at Primo. The setting is beautiful with water coming right up to the side. The food was amazing! I had mahi mahi ceviche and the tuna and both were incredible. Junior was my server and he is excellent - very friendly. Would absolutely recommend

Primo has the best bartenders! Mali is a master mixologist- his attention to detail takes his drinks to the next level. Thank you Mali. The tuna tartare was more like a stacked poke and had incredible flavor. Our entrees were varied and all delicious- the pineapple risotto is delightful. Our server Junior was exceptional- very attentive and friendly. Junior and the rest of the staff really enhanced our dining experience.
