Project Chocolat was a total highlight of our trip to St. Lucia! The "Tree to Bar" tour was fantastic and incredibly well-organized—they really know how to keep everything flowing smoothly without it feeling rushed. The absolute best part was getting hands-on and making our own chocolate bars from scratch; it’s such a unique experience that you won't forget. The location is beautiful, the staff is fun and knowledgeable, and the whole vibe of the estate is just great. If you are in Soufrière, this is a must-visit spot!

Very nice and picturesque. Chocolate 🍫 was $25ECD per bar. Which was a bit expensive. The experience is a must though.

What a great excursion and workshop we had at Project Chocolat. First we visited their backyard cacao plantage in a lovely botanical garden and afterwards we made our own chocolat bar. Yes, we know the recepy now and we have learned a lot, like white chocolate is NO chocolate.
Our hosts were very much engaged and enthousiastic. We had a lovely afternoon here. In one word remarkable

Did the chocolate making and it was amazing, not to mention the food options on site were delicious!
But for real: I normally can't stand dark chocolate - but I did this with my own effort and added raisins and sour orange peels to my bar and made the most amazing treat I've ever had.
If you're going to Saint Lucia - make this a must do!

I have only ever gone to the chocolate shop to buy chocolates. They are delicious.
