I booked an appointment for 12:00 PM and waited until 2:00 PM without being seen. Unfortunately, I had to leave without getting through.
I understand that delays can happen, but a 2+ hour wait time for a private doctor’s appointment is unreasonable, especially without proper communication or updates. Patients also have schedules and responsibilities to manage.
