Francisco picked us up from the Punta Cana International Airport and it was a very smooth ride to our resort. He was super friendly and gave us lots of recommendations on what to do and eat. I definitely recommend him as a driver and this transport service!

BEWARE!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company confirmed my 4am pick up last Saturday morning, and then just never showed up. I tried contacting them repeatedly and around 4:30am I got a response that said they don't know where their driver is. I frantically had to book a taxi which caused a whole new set of issues because they didn't accept card and we didn't have enough cash...for my family of six to get to the airport which is 45min away for a 7am flight which we JUST made. It was a real Home Alone moment and was not fun. I spent the next 4 days sending messages and calling this company requesting a reimbursement for the taxi ride with NO RESPONSE. I finally complained to Trip Advisor who intervened but even the person at TA I spoke to said when she tried calling the company to get their side of the story, the woman hung up on her. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. They are not reliable, they will leave you stranded and never respond to you again. Stay away and book somewhere else. These people are con artists. EDIT- Company is now denying all wrong doing in their review response and saying that I didn't communicate properly. Trying to pass the blame instead of taking responsibility for their actions. Screen shots attached proving they are lying. They are liars!!! Stay away if you have any other choice!

Pick up from the airport wasn’t as smooth- sign was a bit difficult to find in all the bustle outside of the airport building and we had to wait about 20 minutes for the van to arrive but still we got to our hotel. However, today, Micheal was prompt, accommodating and very friendly picking us up from our hotel. He had to wait a few minutes for our adult boys to get to the lobby to join us and he was very understanding. And kudos to Erika who communicated with me prior to our trip for our flight info and her confirming our pick up time to the airport yesterday. Very professional and highly recommend.

My experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Rachel was incredibly professional, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She communicated clearly, was on time, and made sure everything was handled perfectly. After traveling, it was such a relief to have reliable transportation waiting. I truly felt taken care of and appreciated the great customer service. I would definitely book again and highly recommend this service—especially Rachel!
