The service SUCKED!! The food portions where skimpy and took over 30 minutes for a simple salad ordered for lunch. My BBQ ribs ordered at 9pm the previous evening was 2 ribs, each bone separately; simply patitic.
The staff did not show their humanity. The showed differential treatment to their fellow Bajan even though we told them we had a deadline and then we had to be picked up at 1:30.
The previous evening we waited for someone to take our drink order which was never delivered! Until I approached the bartenders only then was the order taken.
We were here for an overnight stay courtesy of Air Canada. We given a breakfast, lunch and dinner vouchers. We had dinner and breakfast; we walked out at lunch. The staff simply did NOT care.
The BEACH in front of the restaurant was absolutely 💯 FABULOUS. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pure Ocean offers a beautiful location with nice, enjoyable views. The food was OK, though the pricing felt high for what was offered. Service could be improved, as the servers weren’t very attentive. Overall, it was an OK experience, elevated mainly by the setting.

Last place we visited as part of the tour, we should have stopped at a street food burger place but they were not ready. She made up for it by giving us a cocktail. They even gave us a special anniversary cake

Pure ocean is part of the Divi Southwest resort across the street. The restaurant is located right on the water and is perfect for grabbing a bite. Prices are a bit on the higher side but the food was excellent. Every meal we had was perfect. On some nights they have a show. We saw a fire show plus steel drums and it's definitely worth paying the premium to w to at there. I personally like the chicken roti and their burgers. They also have happy hour from 12:00 to 1:00 and 4:00 to 5:00 with half price drinks. On some nights you might be able to see some turtles come up to the beach.

Come for the half-price drinks and stay for the turtles.
The restaurant is located on a spacious property overlooking the beach.
A mix of traditional Bajan and American cuisine is available. The lunch and dinner menus are the same.
Happy hour half-price drinks are a bonus from 12-1 pm.
One fun fact: During July/August, turtles lay their eggs on the beach before the restaurant. Ask the servers about the Turtles.
You may have the opportunity of a lifetime to view the annual hatching of baby turtles.
