Staff were polite and helpful. All areas I was in were clean. And most importantly, when my credit card wouldn't work, a staff member drove me to an ATM so I could use my debit card to get cash. Good experience.

In Lower Estate branch the quality of work done is really very good. not only tires work but also brakes and diagnostics. Infiniti owners: when Mercedes and Nissan in Barbados refuse to touch your car, here you may look for help :) and females car owners are treated respectfully here.

Great customer service from the time I enter until I leave. The wait was a bit longer than I expected, but I understood the reason.

I'd heard so many good things about Quality Tyre but it was necessary to share this experience. My relative's car was having difficulties with the steering. The car was brought in and the crew worked on it for 45 mins to do a wheel alignment. When they were finished, the steering wheel was completely unresponsive. The car was no longer drivable. No one at Quality Tyre apologized and no one took responsibility for the car not working, despite it working before it was brought in. The manager was dodging the situation and passed the buck by blaming it on prior work done by Courtesy in May. Not even a refund was offered. The car eventually had to be towed away at our cost.
