The A &E department is a place to avoid if you can. When I was there it was overcrowded with little or no chairs for the patients to rest. It is possible to wait for days before receiving any kind of treatment. The Triage department is the place where the sickness is determined critical or not. Critical may get urgent treatment but all other cases wait for assistance when they are seen. Truthfully that department sucks. Other areas of the hospital functions better. If you can pay privately for the services then to you pay and be treated urgently. There are free clinics with in the hospital and they operate on an appointment system ๐ค๐

I arrived with my baby at 5 PM. She had a fever, was vomiting, had diarrhea, and was breathing heavily. It's now 4:35 AM and she still hasn't been seen. The security guard at the door laughed in my face when I told her I needed help. When I asked why they weren't attending to her, the answer was that they were resting... This hospital is a disgrace, and I feel sorry for the people who have no other option but this place. Poor management, uncaring professionals, and mistreatment. I will never return.

This is undoubtedly the worst place to be when you have a health problem! It's absolutely insane that someone has to wait 12 to 25 hours to be seen, 12 TO 25 HOURS!!! The only quick thing is the person who responds to the bad reviews on Google Maps, and even then, they don't offer any help whatsoever. I'm not giving it zero stars because the app won't let me, because even one star is too generous.

This place is 1 of the most horrible facilities. I only gave them 2 stars cause of the 3 nurses I encountered during my 20+ hours plus "visit", who were nice to me in Accident& Emergency. The dr was unkind and uncaring. If you can pay for care, don't go here.

Though the non Barbadian nurses are pleasant and helpful in the optomology clinic, there must be a more efficient and humane approach than cramming 100 elderly mostly diabetic patients together for an 8:30am appointment with limited seating. What about better time slots matched to numbers, given some will be late or no shows. This could be backed up by phone calls re confirmation days prior where possible. It just isnโt a good sight!!!!!!
