Rams is an excellent supermarket that caters to your needs. The store is well-organized, and the deli is easy to locate. They offer a good selection of frozen meats, but I do wish they had a wider variety of fresh meats and more steak options.
One of the standout additions is their pastry deli – an absolute delight! You can get freshly baked croissants and a great assortment of bread, which has been a game-changer for quick breakfasts or snacks. The deli also offers salads and prepared meats, making it convenient to grab a quick lunch to-go.
The location is ideal, especially for Eastern Caribbean Central Bank staff, as it’s within walking distance. Being close to an ATM and pharmacy adds another layer of convenience. The store is also spacious, which makes shopping here a comfortable experience overall.

It was nice gesture of gifting this chocolate bar to your buyers on festive week last week, but very sad that you distributed all expired chocolate bar. Rather you distributed because it got expired. Check the dates in wrapper!

Needs proper management that does regular stock taking. ie; restocking popular products BEFORE they actually run out

Recently renovated so quite clean. Very good layout and ok assortment of groceries. The new deli looks quite well stocked and equipped for fresh cheese and meat kind slices
