I have been ordering since June and usually good quality but the last two deliveries extremely disappointing. I contacted them and spoke with a lady, sent photos of the beef chunks - of 6 bags, 3 were 99% soft gooey, yellow fat - if I fed that to my dogs they would be going to the vet with severe stomach problems. Those were dumped so $75 down. Nothing back after I sent photos or nothing back when I followed up. The delivery yesterday was for chicken breast trims and chunks. The chicken trims usually good value and lots of chicken. Of the 4 bags, all had loads of chicken skin and some tips - again if I fed that to the dogs they would be experiencing severe stomach issues. The bags of chunks was OK. Sadly the quality is not there and you don't know what you are going to get.

I had a great experience with Raw Bite. The service was excellent my order was processed quickly, and I received the food for my dog in no time. What stood out most was the responsiveness, any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly, which really made me feel confident about what I was feeding my pet. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

My experience at Raw Bite Barbados has always been good.
Customer Service - Excellent
Website user friendly and also quick delivery service.
So many options to choose from.
The delivery service makes it even better because I won’t have to worry about how to get food for my boys.
I have two boys (Rottweilers) and their definitely enjoy foods from raw bite .
Definitely a high recommendation from me and my boys!
