The biggest and best supermarket on the BVI. They have pretty much everything you might need. From fresh produce (fruit and veg), breads, meats, seafood, juices, snacks, pop, rice, pasta, dry goods, frozen section, household necessities, beer and wine. Basically everything you would expect.
Some staff are super helpful, some more surly. Food quality is OK.

Riteway Pasea in BVI Tortola was the first supermarket we visited on the island, and it didn’t disappoint. The store offers a massive selection of goods to suit any nationality. We stocked up for the upcoming weeks here and found everything we needed.
The hot bar is a crowd favorite among our local team members—they prefer to go there most days for meals. Later, we checked out Bobby's Supermarket and noticed it had a more limited variety compared to Riteway, although Bobby's did offer better prices on some items (e.g., a case of 24 Gatorade for $23.79 and a case of Kirkland water for $7.99).
Overall, the selection at Riteway Pasea is impressive, especially in the bulk items section where you can stock up on cases of non-alcoholic drinks (e.g., Kirkland water for $8.29, 20oz case of 24 Gatorade for $35.99, soda for $19.99, 12 pack of Mystic and 36 packs of Capri Sun drinks). They also cater to those seeking alcoholic beverages with a range of wines, beers, ciders, and rum.
Additionally, the store offers a large selection of other seasonal and non-seasonal goods, such as 7-piece carbon steel cookware sets, 8-piece storage container sets, rolling Igloos, vegetable choppers, hand mixers, heavy-duty plastic cups, plastic storage totes, and zero gravity chairs.
Overall, Riteway Pasea is a great spot for finding most items (though tin ackee might be the one exception!).

If you're in Road Town, this is likely the best choice for provisioning... especially if you are across the road at The Moorings. Lots of choices and decent prices. The staff are super nice.

This place is huge, spacious, everything well organized plus staff is welcoming. Grabbed their chicken sandwich and it wss so good. Was impressed by their gift arrangements as well.

They are not the provisioning experts they claim to be. Over $100 of products were missing from my order and many items were bad or the wrong product completely. So 15% of the order was missing! They also arrived 2 hours late and made me think that they weren't even going to arrive at all. They delivered the order at 8pm. All frozen things melted. I did not have any time to amend the order as we had to leave the docks early the next day. If you must provision, go pick your items in person. To make it even worse they charged a $60 provisioning fee. BVI is way to expensive to have lots of missing/wrong items.
