Stopped by here after a snorkel on Scott's Head. Great view across the bay, place to stand at the counter to watch for the local busses whizzing by (if you need to get back to Roseau). We ordered 2 Caribs, some local Dominica Beer and a couple of bottles of recommended beer. 6 beers all in for a few dollars.
Locals were there and really friendly, bar attendant (sorry forgot her name) was lovely and even get us access to her WiFi so we could call home :-).
Stop by for a few refreshing cold beers if you're in town.
