We arrived on a cruise ship from UK and were able to get an emergency appointment with the dental practice. Dr Eugene Gamble dealt with the required tooth extraction in a calm and reassuring way. The admin team also provided email correspondence of a high standard before and after the appointment, providing clear instructions on post extraction care. Highly recommend this dental practice.

I’m a longtime patient at Rosedale Dental, and I’ve hit my limit with the incompetence of the front desk staff. Over and over again they continue to disappoint with appointment mix ups and issues. There have been multiple instances where my husband and myself had appointments disappear, get cancelled, or shifted without explanation. Today was the final straw for me. I’ve had a dental appointment scheduled for 4 months for a deep cleaning follow up and found it strange Rosedale didn’t reach out to me to confirm. Upon reaching out myself, I was told I had no appointment and I must be mistaken. Imagine waiting 4 months for a follow up appointment only to be told I must be mistaken and that I can be scheduled for the next available appointment (likely another 4 months) and be put on a waitlist? A few years ago by husband and I switched dental offices because of the terrible customer service but somehow found our way back, thinking we’d give them a second chance only to be reminded why we sought care elsewhere. Suffice to say I do not recommend Rosedale Dental to anyone and shame on the front desk office for being so disorganized. The office manager right down to the receptionist’s should be fired and replaced as they are costing the Dentists and Hygienists work.

I have been seeing Dr. Gamble for four years. Without question, he has been the best dentist I have ever seen. Never willing to take shortcuts, his attention to detail with implants has made for perfect results. I pay fraction of what I had been paying in Canada and get far better care. Thank you!!🦷😁

My experience wasnt the best. Im really not a fan of being exposed to radiation unecessarily. I broke a tooth and upon arrival was greeted politely and told to have a seat , in no time I was told to bite down on something and voila I had an exray without my actual consent, no explanation or any understanding. I don't do radiation treatments of any kind unless its absolutely necessary and properly explained at least. I would have liked a fore warning. What I favored least is that it took the dentist 3 minutes to just seal the part of the tooth I broke and I paid $5 short of the maximum amount. There was no drilling needed, no nothing but applying the filler which was used in my case minimally as like a sealant, there was no cavity to drill, the tooth was not built back and after being told minimun cost is $230 and maximum cost $350. I couldn't understand how for such a small fix that took approximately 3 minutes how I paid almost the maximum amount, $345. I do not believe exrays are relevant in every case , exrays should only be done when necessary when the benefits outweigh the risk and I feel like for a broken tooth without a cavity there was no need. there in my opinion seems to be an agenda to capitalize on maximum profits. I also paid a consultation fee which was not at all mentioned when I made my appointment. Can't a person get a tooth that was broken accidentally repaired without all the unnecessary extra add on costs? 3 minutes and I paid $345. On top of that when u dont keep your cleaning appointments it seems you are charged extra under the guise of " more build up" some ppl do have great teeth from taking care of them and shouldn't have to pay maximum for a clean because they didn't come on every appointment. Is that a penalty fee, smh not all ppl miss cleanings and come with terrible plaque. Smh. When I asked, the lady did her duty in saying its because once appointments are missed there's more cleaning to do. That is not evidence based. That's a rule on their part , Why do I take great care of my teeth and always pay the maximum charge because I dont visit anually?

Dr. Gamble is an exceptional dentist who I highly recommend. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, and I was seen promptly for my appointment. During my visit, Dr. Gamble took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and explain his findings in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient and attentive to my concerns, and he made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. What impressed me the most about Dr. Gamble and the other employees at Rosedale Dental Centre was their attention to detail. I could tell that they genuinely cared about providing the best possible care for their patients. Overall, my experience with Dr. Gamble was excellent. His professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care make him a standout dentist in my book. If you're looking for a skilled and caring dentist, I highly recommend Rosedale Dental Centre.
