I've eaten at Sahara several times on my trip and have yet to try a dish that I didn't absolutely love. (The lamb platter is a particular favorite.) Everything is crafted to perfection and plated beautifully — even for takeaway! (See photos.)
You can tell everything is made with meticulous attention to detail, yet the wait time is never too long, even when it's busy. It's definitely a fast casual stop.
This family-owned place is a hidden gem. I can't recommend it highly enough. Well worth the time to stop by, even if it's out of your way.

Ordered the chicken wrap and asked to make it spicy... They didn't disappoint 🙌 warp was delicious ans spicy! Service was quick and everyone was nice and friendly. Little sitting area just outside as you wait with beautiful flowers against the wall and a huge tree with bright pink flowers. Highly recommend 👌

Great food and service. We ordered the falafel plate; the falafel was fresh, and the salads also tasted fresh. They make the bread fresh on location which is great. The patio is spacious.
One of the few Arabic restaurants in Barbados, definitely recommended!

Excellent. Just a reminder, this is cash only as of March 2020, but the food is excellent. I had the hummus wrap, and my wife had the potato wrap. Highly recommend it when you're on Barbados.
