Bought a Battery for a Samsung in August 2023 by December 2023 Battery is so dead, that it won't even hold a charge for 6 minutes, even though it is on a charger- BDS $50.00 Emailed the Business 20 Nov, 2023, to bring it to their attention , privately. However; since you don't seem to answer or check your emails, you have left me no choice but to Review you Publicly. I would NEVER again purchase anything from this Company, as you also appear rude , disrespectful and condescending to anyone who challenges your Products or credibility. I will take this up with Consumer Affairs! Update: Feb 20, 2024 - Battery is now SWOLLEN!! Update from 1 year ago: July 29 , 2025 I (had) put my Case to FTC Updated Correction Office of Public Counsel), all was going well until the Head of Legal Team called me and tried to persuade me in the end, to take down the Review. The Owner also took it up on himself to get my Cell (?)/ Landline(?) number from an FTC Staff member who was tricked into giving it to him. He then had the AUDACITY to call me carrying on in my ears, telling me he would reimburse me ONLY if I took down the Review. Gaslighting me , out and out telling lies and twisting the Narrative, until my Disability flared up. I was LIVID!!!!! Mind you the Owner had agreed with FTC to to repay me then reneged on that 'promise'. This is the type of personalty you would be dealing with. I refused the Legal Team 's Head 'suggestion' and the Owner's . Told him (Owner) he could KEEP, the $50 cause the Truth can and will cost him more than the money. I was/ am never willing to leave other people in the dark where ANYTHING is concerned. Would N.E.V.E.R E.V.E.R do Business with anyone connected with this Store. Staff member; (the female I dealt with, was very dishonest and condescending, but she met the RIGHT ONE.. Literally twisting words and out and out lying til I draw my Receipts, Bank Statements,etc and shut them ALL DOWN. 1 Year later I still have the Receipts and the Telephone recording of what transpired. Bajans need to read Reviews before running in Town buying from these Stores. P.s : Also contacted Office of Public Counsel (OPC) can't remember if they were part of solving the issue. Corr: They were in fact the ones who handled the Case. FTC does not deal with issues of this ,matter but directed me accordingly. Appreciated that!

I bought a ps4 control from this store and within a month it stopped working. The warranty for the control is 3 DAYS, why only 3 days? I was told the controller was brand new, straight from Sony distributors. The first week I had the control the analog was stiff and was causing issues, however, I went against my better judgement and decided maybe it was because it was new and need breaking in as all new things do. But now I know I should have followed my mind and took it back, even though I know I probably wouldn't have been able to get back my money. Fast forward the control started to have connection issues back to my system and the battery was dying faster than one that was SUPPOSED TO BE BRAND NEW. Now today, the battery died all together and I decided, since my warranty was already up, I will get my brother who is a technician to take a look at it. So much for BRAND NEW, ORIGINAL, FROM SONY. The controller is refurbished, upon opening we discovered the battery was covered in electrical tape and stuck back to the cage that holds it with double sided tape. We also noticed that there was some work done to the analogs cause you could see marks on the motherboard, that proved it was interfered with before. My problem with this business is that, if you are going to sell second hand controller tell the truth and don't charge $170+ for it. You even placed it back into an original control box you would've gotten if you purchased it straight from Sony. P.S - The battery in the control died exactly a month later.

I was disappointed with the level of service or lack thereof. I was assured that my phone would've been ready for collection in 2 hours time after I had dropped it off to be repaired. Over 3 hours later when I called to let them know I was on the way, I was told that ir needed another minutes. After arriving 45 minutes later and expressing my disappointment, I was told that it still wasn't ready. The phone was delivered all wrapped in rubber bands and personnel informed me that it needed to stay wrapped aa the glue had not set. The screen protector that I had already paid for was not on the phone. When I questioned why it was not on and what caused the delay, the staff seem lost as to a proper answer. I was told then that the sim card wasn't working and I would need to take it to Flow to have it replaced . After asking to speak with some level of management, Janine came over and an solicited apology was offered. After the sim was taken to Flow. I was informed by them that it was the wrong sim that was being placed in the phone. I would suggest some urgent training in effective communication and good customer relations as this experience has left a very bitter taste.

My phone had problems with Charging port they changed with 1 month warranty. After a week, same problem again so I went by them to recheck and mechanic told me my phone have different issues and charged 85 BDS again. After 2 days same problem and that day I had flights.I spent 385 BDS I could've buy a new phone with the sum of amount. They are scam, they say warranty but when you go by them they will tell you your phone have different problems than previous one. They will take your money but no professional services.

I would give them no stars if possible. The owner is rude and disrespectful to customers. My husband went in today to replace a faulty screen and in the middle of him talking to the owner he walks off mid conversation. If my husband's screen didn't need immediate fixing he wouldn't have gotten a single dime. Big thanks to the techie Dario. Very professional and topnotch customer service. Without him that store wouldn't even run.
