If you pass by here via the EEG Boulevard, you’ll come across many beautiful spots. It is very quiet and secluded in general. Grab a tasty crunched ice at Felipo’s if he’s there. In front of the pier, there are beautiful snorkeling spots and lovely, quiet white sandy beaches. Lots of flamingos in the salt lakes. The slave quarters are located along this route. And you don’t often see a salt factory like this either. You can do it in an hour, or you can entertain yourself for a whole day. Saw a lot, glad we did this!

Fantastic place where, under a dock for ships to load salt from the adjacent salt pan, a world of fantastic tropical fish lives and where it is often possible to meet, swim and if you want even touch sea turtles (especially in the water area to the right of the dock, halfway along its length).
