Where do i even start?
Let's start with the ambience. The place needs a complete face lift, its very hot and prices for the goods are often not there. There needs to be a logistics upgrade because right now the situation is subpar.
Another point is the uneducated cashiers (and I mean this in the least demeaning way possible) in essence, there needs to be better training for the cashiers regarding tax return policies. The first time we went there we had to register for that which took way too much time out of our day (understandable, I'll let that slide)
The second time, however (today, as i write this review) the process occurred again. Why not have a system in place that saves Kong profits that way when we come back its easier to just cash and go. Time is of essence.
All in all, the manager or relevant superiors need to look into themselves and upgrade the facility. The major difference between competing companies is completely different.

Such an ease to shop online for families. I have used them numerous times and going to place another order .
I had few issues with my first order and Yannique was fantastic with resolving . Actually I felt confident with the service and one of the reasons I continue to order so please make sure you are PAYING her well if she is an employee!😄.

I enjoy shopping there, but i just don't like how i have to always go to a cashier to get the prices of items. In the end i was awarded some free groceries due to spending so much money. I was also favoured and treated nicely by the staff, cause of the same reason, but i needed a lot of groceries, so i purchased them. I'm always lucky at Sampars, i pulled a ballot once before there and i ended up getting the first prize, so i got a lot of extra free groceries.

They have everything at cheap prices and you don't have to buy 6 items to get the discount.
Oh, and I must say I'm impressed with the lady at the front that checks your stuff before you leave. She is VERY THOROUGH!! I mean, she checks EVERYTHING.

Nice one stop shop facilitates bulk buying. Not good for quick run one. Accessing the cashier and checking off can be very slow due to the volume purchased by customers and the number of customers before you. They have a heavy clientele. It's best to shop during the weekdays.
