I recently visited (12/31/2025) Sandy Crest Pharmacy in Holetown and was disappointed by the level of professionalism displayed during my visit. There were two women working in the pharmacy at the time. While one (with the short orange/red hair) attempted to assist, the other—who had medium-length hair—made a comment suggesting that the symptoms I was explaining were “all in my head.” As a customer seeking medical guidance, that remark felt dismissive and inappropriate. Health concerns should be met with care, respect, and professionalism—not dry and dusty humor that minimizes a customer’s experience. Comments of that nature can be discouraging and undermine trust, especially in a healthcare setting. Because of this interaction and the lack of professionalism shown, I am rating this visit a 3 out of 5. I hope future customer interactions reflect a higher standard of sensitivity and professionalism.

My wife got stung by a Stonefish - and they are really venomous. Fortunately we got a really fast and good treatment by the team at Sandy Crest Medical Center! Thank you!

My husband got up feeling pain in his chest while we were on vacation. we went to Sandy Crest in Holetown and received immediate attention. Excellent service by the staff who attended to him. The following morning Dr. Buyer called to see how he was doing. We could not believe the follow-up call and we really appreciate it. Thanks to the entire staff Ronald Rock

Beware of this medical center they do not tell you that they will charge you without warning. I came here and paid $360 Barbadian for a consultation which is fine, they said come back in a couple of days so we can check on the pain and make sure everything is good after the pain killers and antibiotics kicked in. They didn’t tell me that would also be a $250 charge just to say everything is fine but here is another prescription for pain meds anyway. Literally in there for a few seconds. Nearly everywhere around the world won’t charge you for a follow up which was casually informed to come in after a few days. Also you have to wear a mask inside, the first time it was given to me for free and the second time they charged me This is a scammy medical centre. Avoid.
