I spent a week at Savannah Beach Club with my family, including a 4 and nearly 1 year old. Majority of the staff were soo friendly, welcoming and made a real effort with our kids - which we really appreciated. The Kids Club was great and very well-run. The three restaurants all had excellent quality food and staff were very accommodating. Someone even offered to hold our littlest one to allow us to eat in peace one evening! The room was a good size, very clean and good air con. We really enjoyed spending time in the pool and walking along the coast. We would happily return here and would recommend.

This hotel was a complete disappointment from start to finish.
After traveling for 15 hours to get here for our honeymoon, the first thing the woman at the reception said to us was, "You need to pay a 200-euro deposit"—no "welcome," no "hello"... That was literally the first sentence she spoke to us. Paying the deposit isn't the issue, but you'd expect a greeting first.
There is no beach to speak of; the swimming pool is both dirty and so shallow that it could only be described as a kiddie pool.
The hotel is marketed as "all-inclusive," but that isn't true; meal times are fixed, options are very limited, and the food quality is mediocre at best.
Most of the staff—aside from the bartenders—are incredibly rude, especially the female employees.
The room hadn't been cleaned properly; the shower area was left dirty, and they had only changed the sheets.
I would definitely like to warn anyone considering a holiday here.
No beach, no decent pool, rude staff, poorly cleaned rooms, and mediocre food... And all for 300 euros a night—it's absolute madness!

Savannah has provided us with a holiday to remember, in a beautiful and historic location, it is definitely worth considering as a place to stay.
Staying all inclusive, there are 3 restaurants on rotation for dinner, featuring different menus. The food was good & is certainly better than most hotels I have stayed at.
The rooms are extremely spacious, clean & are true to Barbados style. The air-conditioning works perfectly and the beds are super comfy.
The pools are a little small, but more than enough room for all, with ample sunbeds around the property.
Finally & this is Savannah's super power. The wonderful staff, from bar, reception, restaurants & house keeping, they all could simply not do enough for you, with the time to talk to you, unique in this day an age. The heart and soul of the hotel. They are all absolutely amazing.
To the staff & hotel, thank you for what has been a truly magical holiday, one we will remember.

My rating is strictly to give props where they are due. I had the pleasure of checking in for my 40th birthday with a lovely woman named Keira. She was nice and welcoming. She was very helpful to my family and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately it was Keira’s last day when we checked in but I won’t forget the smile behind the front desk when we arrived. Thank you so much Keira and I wish you well on your future endeavors!

First of all the beach is one of the worst I've seen. The food was the same every night marlin, rice, vegetables, chicken. To top it off some of the staff mainly women was so rude it was unreal. Constantly running out off drinks all the time shutting the bar early . It was like it was an inconvenience for them to serve you . There was a few exceptions a handful of staff was really helpful and nice but I would definitely not reccomend this hotel to anyone. We were so disappointed was expecting a little piece of paradise and got nothing like it. Would save your money.
