Terrible place, resembles faulty towers and feels like we are in a prison camp with all of the rules that we have to adhere to. Very basic facilities, poor selection of food, same dishes for lunch and dinner. Not child friendly at all as advisrtised. Beautiful scenery and beach although you cannot swim, no life guard or safety flag system in place and lots of rocks and coral( no fault of the hotel just not suitable for swimming)
Only one pool which is occupied by elderly people who shout at children for trying to enjoy their holiday. Shop shut over Xmas, lifts broken, unable to book excursions as the lady is on holiday for Christmas, all in all poor standards, not a 4 star hotel more like 2star budget.

Possibly the worst place I have stayed.
Not child friendly at all.
Can’t play, splash or make a noise.
Ok if you are a very old wrinkly.
Food everyday is more of the same and rules are unbelievable.

We spent two weeks in this hotel. The food was really nicely cooked and there was a good variety over the two weeks. The staff were UTTERLY WONDERFUL. Everyone had a big smile and stopped to speak with great friendliness. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They really MADE our holiday. The hotel fabric was clean and well cared for. For anyone with mobility issues it has to be said that the site has many steps to negotiate as it is built on a significant slope and the beach too had a significant slope. The two swimming pools however are clean and were uncrowded during our stay. One pool has a swim-up bar.
