I was very disappointed with my stay at Sea Breeze Beach House. On our first evening, there was no hot dinner available. I asked to speak to the duty manager, but despite my request, no one came to speak with us. The food throughout our stay was generally below average. As a vegetarian, I asked if a vegetarian option could be prepared one day. The response from the staff made me feel as though my request was an inconvenience, and I was eventually served a bland, tasteless pasta that lacked any effort or flavour. If you’re choosing this hotel for a beach holiday, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. The beach in front of the hotel was covered in large amounts of seaweed, making it unusable for swimming or relaxing. While I understand that seaweed is a natural occurrence, the hotel simply blamed “Mother Nature” and appeared to take no responsibility for managing the situation or being transparent with guests before arrival. This should be made clear on the hotel’s website so guests can make an informed decision. Because the beach was unusable, everyone was forced to use the hotel’s two very small pools, which quickly became overcrowded. During our stay, the hotel eventually arranged a complimentary shuttle to another beach after many guests complained, suggesting they recognised that the beach situation was significantly affecting guests’ holidays. Overall, this was not the relaxing beach holiday we had expected. Between the disappointing food, lack of management response, and an unusable beach, I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true beachfront Caribbean experience.

Came to the resort for a girls trip. Grown perimenopausal girls trip. After a hiccup with our accomodations the first day of our arrival, Matthew, the manager along with Kino promptly addressed and rectified. Four of us stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. One king sized bed and 2 full sized beds and 2 bathrooms. Our room came with a view of the garden and pool area. But what mattered most to us was the enormous suite which accomodated all of us with more than enough room to spare. I can not say enough about the awesome customer service and friendliness of the staff. The hotel was small enough to have a real personable experience. The hotel offered shuttle service to and from the famous Oistins on friday which should not be missed. They were also able to coordinate taxi service to and from other destinations on the island. The food was palatable. They incorporated some local dishes for meals. Alcohol always available nearby, whether by the pool, beach, or activity area and not watered down. Hotel entertainment included great music and different genres of entertainers. We had a grand time.

Fabulous stay! Food and service was amazing. Rooms needed a bit of a refresh but we're comfortable and spacious. Great for couples or families. Nice pools. Excellent location but no sunsets due to south facing. There is more wind here than on the west of the island. That is great for bugs but the red flags come out on the beach frequently. We would definitely return!

Our stay at sea breeze was not what my family and I expected. Most of our time was unfortunately spent in our rooms (which were pretty nice) because the staff was always unwelcoming. Even down to the bar staff, it’s like they didn’t want you to ask for a drink, rolling their eyes at us and being dismissive and passive aggressive. In one instance, the bartender was very rude and after we gave him a tip, he finally lit up and acknowledged us. But the drinks in general were better than the food. Most of the issues we had was with the staff. Almost everyone walked around with an attitude and it’s like you’re on eggshells around them. The younger staff was a lot more nice and approachable, and the older staff was almost always very rude for some reason. We dealt with the hit-or-miss staff for our entire stay. On our last night, we went to (insert place name) for the à la carte dinner, and we encountered a very rude staff. She was very dismissive, not making eye contact and her back was turned to the side when she spoke to us and just had an overall unwelcoming demeanor, she was by far the most rude staff here at Seabreeze. Her behavior became so blatant that we brought it to her attention but we didn’t receive an apology. She seemed more embarrassed that others dining with us may have heard than apologetic. I believe some of your staff has some preferential treatment towards some guests, and I think that’s very unprofessional for a service job. The point of a service job is to be accommodating and respectful to everyone, but your staff isn’t following that which is the basic requirement for this position. With all due respect, some improvements need to be made with your team. On the brighter side, lunch had the best options and the food was most seasoned during this time. The food overall was subpar, but we enjoyed mostly lunch every time. The omelettes were the best part of breakfast, but everything else wasn’t very flavorful. And dinner was by far the worst in terms of quality. Our tour guide, Harriet, was amazing. She was very nice, informative and had an answer to every question we had about the island. She brought us to and from the resort and gave us a great tour. I highly recommend if you decide to come here (which I DON’T recommend), ask for Harriet to drive you around and give you a tour at the front desk. She’ll be the best part of your vacation.

Just returned home after spending our 32nd wedding anniversary here as we got married in Jamaica. Found the people at this hotel very rude and ignorant while watching the English play the Argentinian in the World Cup staff were obviously cheering on Argentina and we sat as paying guests in the bar with their hotel staff workers sat next to us watching the TV screaming obscenities towards English people And being very rude to us. Felt very unwanted in the hotel and the country with these rude staff. The rum shop bar was not open. The Driftwood bar had a leaking ceiling. Which Water was dripping on your feet as you were ordering your drinks from either the toilet or the shower from the above rooms sat on furniture that had dripped water on it. In the rooms there is Mount Gay rum Smirnoff vodka and some sort of gin all sounded lovely until we caught the boy filling the mount gay with a cheaper rum Which actually made me feel ill. I asked for a diet or sugar-free option as a mixer and was given out of date drinks, but while we were there, they have a seaweed problem on the online brochure from Tui and the seabreeze hotel it is the most beautiful clear blue Caribbean Sea They lie I have photographic evidence to say that the sea outside the sea breeze is nothing more than a swamp full of seaweed between the months of April to September totally cannot go in the sea. So if you can stand cheap drinks decanter into expensive bottles or rude staff to the English who clearly hate English people and I was made to feel most unwelcome or you like seaweed maybe this is the hotel for you but otherwise avoid at all costs is my review. You’re better off getting a hotel near Carlisle Bay which is where they take you if you’re lucky in a coach give you a sunbed and brolly in full sun with no drinks no all inclusive and when you get back to the hotel, you’ll be lucky to get food within two hours Win-win For Tui commission win win for the hotel Seabreeze and what do you get out of it? Nothing but misery and memories of rudeness good luck with this one.
