Spent 7 days at Secret Harbour first week of March. We had a wonderful week. Parking was a little bit of a challenge, but everything else was amazing. Everyone we delt with from check in, laundry staff and especially Rena and the rest of the bar staff could not have treated us better!

This place is a complete joke. Pricing is wildly inconsistent—you’ll be charged something different every single time for the exact same service, which feels dishonest and completely unprofessional.
The entire operation is disorganized. Communication is terrible, and it’s clear there’s no real management or accountability. No one seems to know what’s going on, and it shows in the quality of service.
What’s worse is the attitude. After being treated poorly, I gave them a chance to make things right, and instead I was met with complete indifference. Being told to “leave a bad review” says everything about how little they care about their customers.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are plenty of other businesses that actually respect their customers and run their operations properly.

The marina is easily accessible and there are many amenities others don't have. The pool is nice, restaurant/bar and laundry are nice. Best smelling clothing return in the Caribbean!

My husband and I come here because of the location- which is beautiful- and sociability of services- laundry and a clean, beautiful gym. Customer service, as far as the front desk staff is ok for Grenada- unfortunately, there is one girl there w mid length hair, long eyelashes and no name tag- the should not be in the customer service field- does not pay attention, is insolent and accusatory. Affairs with this person- and she is currently the only one ever there- are toxic and changed our experience of this whole place- after three years of enjoying it. I am hoping that others will be aware of inconsistent management and training or oversight of the staff here, but to be honest, that the management will work with this individual and hopefully no one else will get this treatment.

I stayed here for my birthday, and I honestly had such a great experience. The hotel is in a really convenient location, about 15 minutes from the airport and close to the nightlife (if you’re someone who likes going out). It’s also roughly 15 minutes from Grand Anse Beach and the local town area where people shop and hang out.
The staff was incredibly friendly the entire time. Anything I needed, I just messaged the front desk on WhatsApp, and they took care of it right away. They even surprised me with a bottle of wine for my birthday and lightly decorated my room with rose petals, and a slice of cake. It was such a thoughtful touch.
My room was refreshed daily, and if I didn’t want service that day, they always asked first, so it never felt intrusive. Even the restaurant staff was super kind, and the food was genuinely really good.
Overall, I had an amazing stay and felt well taken care of from start to finish. When I go back to Grenada, I’ll definitely be staying here again.
