Sheer Rocks delivers the kind of experience that stays with you long after you’ve left the island. Food, view, service, and atmosphere were all truly five‑star, each one reinforcing why this cliffside restaurant is considered one of Antigua’s must‑visit spots. The food is exceptional — beautifully plated, fresh, and full of bold Caribbean‑Mediterranean flavors. Every dish feels intentional, and the tasting-style approach makes the meal feel like an experience rather than just dinner. The views are unreal. Perched above the turquoise water at Cocobay Resort, the setting is dramatic and peaceful at the same time. Whether you’re lounging in one of the daybeds or dining along the rocks, the scenery becomes part of the meal. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Staff move with ease and confidence, striking that perfect balance between friendly and professional. You never feel rushed, and you always feel taken care of. The atmosphere ties everything together — chic but relaxed, intimate but lively, with music, lighting, and ocean breeze all working in harmony. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and savor every moment. Overall: Sheer Rocks is a standout. If you’re in Antigua and want a memorable, elevated dining experience with unbeatable views, this is the spot.

Incredible from start to finish. Book the 6:30 block if you can to get the perfect sunset view. Kailyn was our server and took fantastic care of us, but the rest of the staff were great too as they dropped off food, drinks, and cleared plates. Drinks and food were awesome, we opted for the 3 course, and it was well worth it. Every bite was magnificent, we especially enjoyed the Cauliflower croquettes, tuna tartare, lobster ravioli, but lobster season was over so it was actually shrimp ravioli, pork chop, and crème brûlée. Whether you’re staying at Cocobay or another resort nearby, this is a must try in Antigua.

Celebrated my sister’s 40th birthday at dinner here. I was blown away from the moment I walked in. The aesthetics was 10/10. We got there in time for a sunset meal. The food was amazing. The service we received from the server and the manager Jackson impressed me to the fullest. It’s not often you receive genuine service anymore. The server check on is frequently and asked about each course of food as to how we liked it. Then Jackson the manager came to us and answered our questions, made wine recommendations and followed up after. I was blow away by the entire experience at Sheer Rocks. I recommend them 100%.

My wife worked with the staff via email in the months leading up to our cruise, and this was the only day we were scheduled for the island. We received confirmation of our reservation the day prior and so were comfortable walking up to the restaurant today. However upon arrival they went to seat us at a table when they had confirmed with us one of the cabana/plunge pool packages. After some back and forth with a very disgruntled hostess and management they informed us the package we had booked wasn’t available, and that there had been some miscommunication between their staff that led to this, but acted as though the whole thing was our fault. We went ahead with lunch anyway (we hadn’t schedule our taxi to come back to get us for 4 hours). They comped us our first drink by way of apology, but the staff was anything but welcoming the whole time. The food, which had such high reviews online, was mediocre. The only standout of the items we ordered was the pork belly, which admittedly was excellent. However the shrimp was mushy (not sure how you do that to shrimp), the truffle Mac and cheese was bland and the pasta wasn’t just Al dente, it was simply undercooked. The guacamole had no seasoning to speak of. The potatoes were nice and crispy, but nothing we couldn’t make at home. Since we couldn’t hang out at the pool as we expected we just walked down to the nearby public beach to enjoy the rest of our time until the taxi picked us up. Honestly we could have saved ourselves time and money and had our lunch and drinks on the ship for an equal or better experience.

Sheer Rocks is amazing location and as a party of 6 we had an excellent evening in the restaurant. We were greeted as we walked in and were seated in an excellent nook with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. Service was top notch and our food was delicious. Cocktails were great too. All around a very nice night.
