As a new customer of Shopsmart inc I only have two complaints, the store is very hot and if you use your first impressions as a guide you probably wont discover that on the inside of the store the staff is very friendly, helpful and pleasant, there are numerous items for sale at reasonable prices and you'll more than likely spend more money than you'd initially planned to. The outside of the building is dated and not very welcoming but if you can get pass that you'll be there every week.

I went into Shopsmart the other day to purchase some eggs, the place has a wide range of items I was very impressed, however upon reaching the location where the eggs and other cold items where. it looks like the cold storage just came and to my surprise, the boxes were filled with mildew, the chicken, and mincemeat look as if they were defrosted, blood in the packages. I took up a set of eggs and they also had on mildew. I recalled seeing a truck at the front of the store when I came in. and the truck wasn't a freezer truck. that is unacceptable to be delivering cold storage in anything other than a refrigerator truck. I do hope the appropriate measures are taken before someone becomes gravely sick from such actions. I still shop at the store they have great items and they way cheaper than the supermarkets I just don't buy cold items like meat and eggs from them.

460 dollars thrown away because the nice small patio set that I bought delivered in flat pack. Nobody told me. We are unable to put it together we are both in our 80s.
Really unfair to not tell me at purchase point

Not very shopping friendly. Parking is not secured-got my vehicle scratch. AC units are broken. Isles are small. But the prices on most items are reasonable.
