Two words: Bed bugs!!! We stayed here and got eaten alive by bed bugs. The suicide shower head was an added bonus. Oh, the fire-trap common area that requires a key to open the door to get out was nifty too... Look elsewhere!!

A good alternative for those on a budget on an island where accommodation is quite expensive. Positive points: - Friendly welcome, spacious and well-equipped room. - Free, secure parking with security guards at night. - Mini-market run by Asians right below the accommodations: very convenient! - You're in the heart of the real Saint Martin, far from the resort hotels. Negative points: - Located a bit far from everything, uninviting surroundings. - Very unreliable Wi-Fi. - The air conditioning and fan are incredibly noisy!
