Extremely horrible service! We booked in the required time frame (a week in advance) and was guaranteed a skip delivered by 12. No calls or communication from customer service came about a delay. We chased them the entire day until they revealed they had no skip available and would only be able to deliver it earliest by evening. Then after a few more follow up calls in the evening they said ‘it will be delivered first thing the next morning’. I had no desire to be strung along so I cancelled and found another professional service. There was no proactivity or sense of urgency from the staff of Skip Services when it came to communication or compensation for inconveniencing customers. And when I voiced my concerns there was no apology or sense of remorse! How can you guarantee a skip service while you have no available skips???? How can you inconvenience your hardworking customers who might have taken days off or hired cleaning professionals to assist with loading a skip! SKIP SERVICES DO BETTER! BUYER BEWARE! This company’s business practices seem to reflect the quality of the garbage they dispose of.

Terrible customer service and no accountability. After requesting a service they didn't honor the time agreed and they didnt show up. After a call they said tomorrow and they still didn't honor the agreement. It was just much easier using a more professional service.

Horrible service. Made us wait a week to have a skip delivered then strung us along on the day of delivery, never showing up and leaving us stranded without the skip we needed. I don’t recommend this company.
