Under new management and it shows! I first visited here in 2023 and it was a much more chaotic experience. The atmosphere now is great and the staff are lovely. Great views and they probably have the most reliable opening times on this beach, so it became our go to for dinner.
The owner is really nice, he came to introduce himself and check how we found our dinner.

Beautiful view, decent food, and a lovely beach. The water is warm and clean, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. It can get quite crowded, and the music is loud, so it’s not the most peaceful spot - but great if you’re looking for a lively beach atmosphere

Skippers was the best food I had on the island! I ate at more than 10 different restaurants during my trip, and this was by far my favorite. We came for breakfast on our first morning, and my whole family loved every meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. The manager was incredibly kind, welcoming, and provided some of the best customer service we've ever experienced. If you're visiting the island, I highly recommend eating

Absolutely our best restaurant experience on Barbados! Delicious food, exceptional service and amazing prices. Owners Valerie and Geoffrey must be commended for making Skippers on the Beach our new “go to” restaurant! Thank you!

Update. I had the Vegetarian Arrabbiata Pasta with a nice bottle os Rosé. The pasta sauce was delicious with a nice level of chilli heat. I can honestly say it was the best pasta sauce, that I tried, in the area. Of course I added a little extra Bajan hot sauce. 🥵 Phew! Maybe a little too much. But worth it.

Had a great Quinoa salad and fries whilst overlooking the beach. Nice Banks beer to wash it down with.
