Very poor customer service. I waited 52 mins to have four cushions cut and then one of them was an inch thicker than the others, it was so obvious I wonder what the cutter was seeing. I just left because I had waited far too long. Others came in after me and were despatched. I aske d the sales agents if they will be soon ready and she kept.in saying soon and went back in her phone doing personal stuff. Ohh so poor

Billed me for the wrong item then insisting that I be refunded by cheque although they don't accept cheques but want me to take one from them, this was after they lied and said they don't have cash because customers are paying by card and I witnessed a customer pay cash which was more than what I was to be refunded. I paid by card and just wanted the amount credited back to the card. It's sad when a company's 'policy' is so one-sided.

Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Very efficient. Was sorted and bed delivered same day within a few hours.I was impressed.

Would not recommend. I purchased an extra firm bed a few months ago, however, it has now become very uncomfortable to sleep on. The area I sleep on is no longer firm, causing my back to hurt. Even if I turn the bed, it only takes two weeks before the problem reoccurs.
