Sol Gas Station

I went here today for petrol. I was greeted by team leader Andrea who greeted me with a smile and a "Good afternoon sir, welcome to Sol Wildey, what can I do for you today? This was very refreshing to hear and throughout the service Andrea was extremely polite friendly and had a big smile on her face. I had to compliment her on the quality of her customer service and told her it was an absolute pleasure shopping with Sol Wildey. She was an absolute credit to her company. Well done Sol Wildey, I just wished it was the same at yout other petrol stations especially at the bottom of University Drive where there is zero service and staff behave as though you're interrupting their chats to serve you. No greetings, no please, no thank you....nothing.

We've had the best and nicest customer service by far. Sadly I don't recall her name but she worked at the gas pumping 16th Feb 2025 11 am

Sat in my car on E for over 30 minutes whilst all gas attendants and 2 deli workers stood outside by the door watching and talking and laughing as patrons entered, parked and drove away frustrated from the gas station after not receiving any service. Now to be fair there was a puddle of water that the attendants would have to walk through so I was hoping one would be brave enough or at least the water would subside. Only after my partner asked one of the young ladies in an apron if he reversed the vehicle and collected her from the walkway would she be willing to come out and give us the gas did she respond with I don't work out here you have to ask one of them and pointed to her co workers. And anyhow out there shut. Now how hard would it have been to say after the first time he got out the car we are closed, or at least indicate to myself and other persons parked and unsure of what was going on that the service area was closed. In this weather and traffic we all want to get home but the customer service was extremely lacking not to mention basic human manners. Extremely disappointed. And to the owners of the establishment the water settling all around the front making it impossible for employees to serve customers and even indicate that no service can be provided needs to be addressed and taken care of asap.

SOL Wildey, is among those petrol stations that serve breakfast among the other essential like snacks, beverage and a small but useful selection of groceries. The breakfast is totally value for money, and a cut above the rest. Friendly staff and free fruit, and quick service will have you going back again and again. Keep it up SOL. Great Job at Wildey.
